Virtual Wine & Food in Balance
This casual and fun seminar, led by a professional wine educator, will give you all the skills you need to confidently pair wine with your favorite foods. By understanding the dominant features found in different wines and how they are impacted by various food flavors, a new level of food and wine pairing confidence will be achieved by every participant in this 90-minute wine and food flavors tasting experience.

Virtual Wine Blending Experience
During our Bottle Blending Day Camp™, one of our blending guides will lead you through a personal tasting, education, and blending session as you perfect your Bordeaux-style blend using samples from four barrels of four red varietals, all from the Napa Valley appellation. You will learn the nuances of each wine and how they work together to bring out the best in each other. Once your favored blend has been decided upon, we will blend your bottles with your custom label, and ship them out to you and your guests.

Step 2: Schedule your personal Zoom session with one of our wine educators
Step 3: After tasting and blending, we will create two bottles of your masterpiece, and ship them to you, complete with your custom label!
Each blending kit contains one 750ml bottle of each of the following wines, from our barrels:
2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
2021 Napa Valley Merlot
2021 Napa Valley Petit Verdot
2021 Napa Valley Malbec
Also included are two 100ml graduated cylinders and a step by step user guide.
Each kit can accommodate up to a group of 4 to 6 blenders (2 or 3 couples), depending on how efficiently you work.
Available as a group experience for Corporate Holiday Parties or remote family gatherings. We will guide you through the process via Zoom and everyone can “taste” each other’s creations. This interactive, fun, and engaging team building event can be booked on your schedule.
Additional bottles of the final blend are available for $75 each, inquire when booking your experience.
A half bottle option is available – that is comprised of four half bottles for the blending experience. You will receive full size bottles of your custom blend. $250 per kit for the half bottle option, inquire by emailing info at juddshill.com.
