PAIRING: Rosa, our Tasting Room Manager, paired her "Presto" with spicy shirmp Goan curry, from a local Tibetan restaurant. This is a red, spicy curry with fresh basil and tomato. The slight sweetness of the Presto balanced the spice in the curry and it stood up to the brightness of the basil. This wine will pair well with Asian or Mexican food as well.
